My Services
You and your team work hard to ensure a seamless and successful event, and I use my years as a professional photographer to capture every moment in its best light. Here are a few ways I make sure you walk into your event feeling confident.
I deliver 50-100 photos per hour of shooting which means hundreds, if not, thousands of photos are sent to you.
Beforehand, we will chat about the style of photography that best represents your brand so we both know exactly what to expect.
All of the HiRes edited photos are delivered via an organized online client portal with mobile and desktop download.
Rush Delivery Fee is available for a small fee.
I serve the Greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, and San Diego.



























MEET YOUR LOS ANGELES PHOTOGRAPHER
My name is Sarah Sebring, and I am lucky enough to call event photography my career for more than seven years. My passion has taken me across the country numerous times to shoot for intimate brand launches to 30k+ attendee conventions — and everything else in between.
Photography has been a part of my life ever since I learned how to shoot on film in high school, and I never looked back. I have been trained by the top event, product, and fashion photographers throughout my life, and I bring all of their knowledge with me to every shoot. This experience allows me to be adaptive and create images as unique as your event. I specialize in corporate and VIP events alike, delivering high-quality photos every time.

My hourly rate is a highly competitive rate for Los Angeles photographers at $200/hr. Rush edit fee for select photos delivered within 24hrs is a flat rate of $150/day. Editing is included in this rate so there will be no extra charge there!

Beforehand, we chat about the style of photos that best represent your brand and all of the shots you require through a shot list. We review the schedule and all of the key moments that happen throughout the event so that I am thoroughly prepared. I will send over a simple contract to lock in my services giving us both peace of mind.
